our Team

MEET THE KASE & CO TEAM

Rebecca Kase has been building the amazing Kase & CO Team since 2017. Initially planning to be a one woman show, she started her in-person EMDR Basic Trainings small and felt she may do a few a year. But the universe had other plans. She started offering trauma trainings as well with the help of her friend and trauma expert, Amy Staley.

As the demand for training began to increase it was time to start growing her team. Starting with her first Operations team member, Tiffany Peeler and next bringing on their IT Manager, Dan Bridge.

With the faculty, she initially pulled from trusted colleagues she had met along the way. Consultants she knew approached learning in the same way she did. They would embrace her concept of Shame-Free Spaces for Learning and help her uphold a certain standard.

When the pandemic rocked the world, it opened up a new opportunity in the world of EMDR… virtual training. As soon as Rebecca’s EMDR Trainings were available to all in a virtual classroom the need for support continued to grow. Rebecca’s small team has grown from a handful of support staff to a team of over 30 Ops and Faculty team members. Meet these amazing people that help make Kase & CO the company it is today.

The Kase & CO leadership team are the people who oversee all areas of the business to ensure our team is growing and company thriving.
