Special attention will be given to challenging harmful societal norms, such as diet culture and fatphobia, and promoting body acceptance, self-compassion, and resilience.
Led by an experienced clinician and eating disorder advocate in the field, this training offers a dynamic blend of didactic presentations, case studies, and experiential exercises. Therapists will leave equipped with a deeper understanding of eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image issues, along with practical tools and strategies to support their clients on their path to recovery.
