EMDR Training Pricing & Registration

Preregistration Information:

  • Only mental health professionals who are licensed or license eligible may attend training.  Review EMDRIA’s Eligibility Requirements to be sure you qualify for registration.
  • Participants are required to complete EMDR Basic Training (Part 1 & 2, and 10 hours of consultation) within 2 years for in person trainings, and within 9 months for virtual trainings. These are EMDRIA policies. If special circumstances impact this process please reach out to our team, so we can discuss solutions and options.
  • Participants must be present for all portions of training.
  • Participants register for Parts 1 and 2 simultaneously.  
  • Consultation groups will be discussed and scheduled at Part 1 training. Participants will be offered a variety of groups to choose from.

Training Fees:

  • The total cost for training is $1,500. This includes Part 1 and 2, as well as 10 hours of consultation. **As of Jan 1st, the cost for EMDR Basic Training will increase to $1560**
  • Additional expenses include:
    • Purchase of the Shapiro text 
    • Printing of training materials
    • State specific CE Certificates after each training intensive for $20 each. (Please note a completion certificate is included in the price of your training, and is sent after both both training weekends and all consultation hours are completed. This  expense is only if you require state specific CEs.)
  • When registering, trainees have four options for payment. **Payment dates will vary based on training group. All Payment Due Dates will be listed when registering with payment plan.**
    • One time payment- Pay full $1500 at registration. 
    • Two Payment Option- $750 due at registration ($750 paid later)
    • Three Payment Option- $500 due at registration (two additional $500 payments made later).
    • Four Payment Option- $375 due at registration (three additional $375 payments made later).
  • Payments can be made via PayPal, Credit or Debit Card. 
  • Check payments are accepted but must arrive prior to all due dates. Please note if paying by check the registration fee is due within two weeks of submission of registration. If payment is not received within two weeks your registration will be voided. For registrations received within two weeks of Part 1, your check is due 5 days prior to training. If your check is not received, you will need to make the payment online or the registration will be voided. Checks can be mailed to: Rebecca Kase, 5224 Olympic Dr, #103, Gig Harbor WA 98335. 
  • Payment plans are available upon request, and on an as needed basis.  Please contact admin@rebeccakase.com to discuss your options

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Please review our cancellation and change of cohort policy here
  • Cancellation policies and corresponding fees will vary depending on where you are in your training journey. 
  • Training withdrawal requests made more than 3 weeks prior to Part 1 are eligible for a
    full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
  • Training withdrawal requests made fewer than three weeks prior to Part 1 will incur a late cancellation fee of $400; any remaining payments made will be refunded.
  • Training withdrawal requests made after Part 1, but prior to Part 2 may be eligible for a partial refund and will be assessed on a case by case basis. The amount will vary depending on how much of the training was attended and the reason the trainee needs to withdraw. Requests after Part 1 will incur a mandatory $400 cancellation fee and be charged for the portions of training already attended. Any additional monies paid may be refunded.
  • No refunds are provided for trainees that miss training without notice.  If you have an emergency, please reach out to us promptly and we will do all we can to assist you. 
  • If our team needs to cancel a training for any reason, participants will be notified at least 1 week prior and a full refund will be provided.
  • In the event that the trainer has to cancel with less than 1 week’s notice due to illness or unforeseen emergency circumstances, a full refund will be issued, along with a discount code to apply to a future training.

Time Policy:

  • While each training weekend will consist of lecture and practicum, each day will have information or practice time that is imperative not to miss if you want to continue training. Depending on the day/time of your conflict and length of time you need to miss, you may need to pay the $350 change of cohort fee and switch cohorts.

  • If there is a short portion of training time you will need to makeup, or if you are unsure how to handle your conflict, please contact our team. She will confirm if the makeup time can be approved or what your best option will be.
